RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR WASTE DISPOSAL WITH
THE CITY OF EVANSDALE, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that
the Agreement for Waste Disposal between the City of Evansdale and the City
of Waterloo, in connection with the Blowers Creek Flood Control Project be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
