RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE BORROW
DIRT FROM THE CITY OF EVANSDALE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the
Agreement to purchase borrow dirt from the City of Evansdale, Iowa for
construction of Stage V-F of the flood control levee within the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by and between the City of Evansdale, Iowa, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
