BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWO
AS FOLLOWS : o c s w
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. , on the 8th day of September, 1981, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and
convey a portion of an alley requested by Frank McGurn owned by
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, described as follows :
All of the twenty (20) foot alley lying adjacent
to Lots 26 and 27 in Auditor Barnes Plat of May-
wood, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of August, 1981.
