RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
SALE OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY LOCATED
WEST OF INTERSECTION OF NEWELL AND LINN
STREETS AS SEPTEMBER 8, 1981 IN CITY
HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, AT 7 : 00 P.M.
AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. on the 8th day of September, 1981 for the
purpose of considering the sale of a parcel of property legally
described as the west 40 feet of Lot 15, Block 3 , Sub of Block
3, North Addition, generally located west of the intersection of
Newell and Linn Streets with minimum bid of $500.00, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that
the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time
and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of August, 1981 .
