RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR
PROPOSED ADDITION TO WALNUT RIDGE
BAPTIST CHURCH LOCATED AT 1307 W .
RIDGEWAY AVENUE .
WHEREAS , Walnut Ridge Baptist Church located at 1307 W . Ridgeway
Avenue has proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa approve a site plan for an addition to their existing
structure, and
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on August 10 , 1981 , at 7 : 00
P .M. at City Hall Council Chambers , Waterloo, Iowa , as provided by
law , by the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , on the
proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan , and
WHEREAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said site plan
should be approved as proposed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the site plan for Walnut Ridge Baptist Church located at
1307 W . Ridgeway Avenue , be and the same is hereby approved .
Passed and adopted this 10th day of August , 1981 , approved by the
Mayor this 12th day of August , 1981 .
