Lai t ,5 RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR CASTLE HILL DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - HELEN ROAD CULVERT AND RAILROAD CUT, CONTRACT NO. 222. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore employed Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers, Waterloo, Iowa, to prepare proposed specifications and form of contract for the Castle Hill Drainage Improvements p-sHelen Road Culvert and Railroad Cut, Contract No. 222 in said City; and WHEREAS, said engineers have completed the proposed specifications and proposed form of r contract nsoffarlas the same relate to the Castle Hill Drainage Improvements - Helen Road Culvert and Railrod Cut, Contract No. 222, and has this day placed the same on file with the Deputy City Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and after examination and due consideration thereof by this Council the same appear to be in compliance with the order of this Council and suitable for the purpose intended; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1 - That said proposed, specifications and proposed of contract for the Castle Hill Drainage Improvements - Helenform Culvert and Railroad Cut, Contract No. 222 hereby approved and ordered placed on file,for, and the same are examination. public Section 2 - That the 24th day of August, 1981 at Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Watterloo, ,Iowa, he is fixed as the time and place for hearing on said proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , and the taking of bids therefor. Section 3 - That the Deputy City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and instructed to publish the necessary notice as required by law. Passed and adopted this 3rd day of August, 1981 . ck L.
