follows :
East two (2) feet of the west eight (8) feet of
Lot 18, Bonds Addition.
Section 2 - That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of August, 1981.
