Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa - shall- w o
meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa :, E

considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a portion of A =
Delane Avenue right-of-way owned by the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
described as follows :
That portion of Delane Avenue lying South of the
right-of-way line of U . S. Highway 63 and north of the
right-of-way line of Martin Road .
That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of
the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of August , 1981 .
