RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF
$17 , 144 . 16 AND $16,566 .61 TO MICHAEL
HOING AND WAYNE RICE, RESPECTIVELY,
EMPLOYEES OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the beneficiaries of Michael Hoing and Wayne Rice be paid the
total sum of S17 ,144 . 16 and $16, 566 .61, respectively and that the
Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to said beneficiaries .
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 27th day of July,
1981, approved by the Mayor on the 29th day of July, 1981 .

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: that
the above listed pay estimates be paid on said contract for
services rendered in connection with the above listed contracts,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be and he
is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant
accordingly for said sums and deliver the same to the said
contractors.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of July, 1981 .
