RESOLUTION INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
CERTIFY TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR CERTAIN
CONDITIONAL DEFICIENCIES .
WHEREAS , certain private improvements have been constructed on
lots1which are subject to a deficiency , and
I
WHEREAS , the ten year period of amortization has not expired , and
WHERAS , Section 384. 63 of State Code of Iowa , 1981 allows
certification of conditional deficiencies on lots where private
improvements have been constructed.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA that the following conditional deficiencies be
certified to the County Auditor for collection on a pro rata
portion :
