RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE
PLAN FOR A PROPOSED ADDITION TO WALNUT
RIDGE BAPTIST CHURCH OF A GYMNASIUM, BAND
ROOM AND OFFICE AREA LOCATED AT 1307 W .
RIDGEWAY AVENUE AS AUGUST 10 , 1981 , AT
7 : 00 P. M . IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCTING DEPUTY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE
OF HEARING.
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , shall meet in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. on the 10th day of August , 1981 , for the purpose
of considering a site plan for a proposed addition to Walnut Ridge
Baptist Church of a Gymnasium, Band Room and Office Area to be
located at 1307 W. Ridgeway Avenue, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA that
the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time
and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 20th day of July , 1981 .
