RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING CONTRACT
WITH BRICE , PETRIDES , & ASSOCIATES , INC. FOR
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO . 1 FOR CONWAY
VICINITY PARKING RAMP AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA , that
the Engineering Contract dated July 13 , 1981 , for Supplemental
Agreemental No. 1 for the Conway Vicinity Parking Ramp , between
Brice , Petrides & Associates , Inc. of Waterloo , Iowa , and the City
of Waterloo , Iowa , be and the same is hereby approved , and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo , Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 13th day of July , 1981 .
