RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BLACK
HAWK COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA, that
the Agreement effective July 1 , 1981 through June 30 , 1982 , to
assist with animal control by and between Black Hawk County Humane
Society , Inc . , and the City of Waterloo , Iowa , be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 13th day of July , 1981 .
