RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR
WATERLOO COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT .
WHEREAS , Waterloo Community School District has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , approve a site plan for a
special permit for placement of two ( 2 ) portable classrooms from
Westridge Elementary School to Orange Elementary School , and
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on July 13 , 1981 , at 7 : 00 P .M .
at City Hall Council Chambers , Waterloo , Iowa , as provided by law ,
by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , on the proposal to
approve said above mentioned site plan , and
WHEREAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said site plan
should be approved as proposed , now , therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the site plan for Waterloo Community School District , be and
the same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of July , 1981 , approved by the
Mayor this 15th day of July , 1981 .
