RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $ 12 ,837 . 77
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
KEITH K. CROWLEY , RETIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE
OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 30th day of June , 1981 , Keith K . Crowley will
retire as an employee of the Fire Department in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , and
WHEREAS , Keith K. Crowley has accumulated 210 days of sick
leave and is entitled to payment for same , and
WHEREAS , Keith K . Crowley has earned and is entitled to 7
1/2 weeks vacation pay, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA , that Keith K. Crowley be paid the total sum of $12 , 837 . 77
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation pay , and that the Finance Director be , and he is hereby ,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Keith K. Crowley.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 6th day of July ,
1981 , approved by the Mayor on the 8th day of July , 1981 .
