RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $ 1 , 553 . 34
ACCUMULATED VACATION PAY TO DANA R .
ANDERSON , RETIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 30th day of June , 1981 , Dana R . Anderson will
retire as an employee of the Fire Department in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , and
WHEREAS , Dana R . Anderson has earned and is entitled to 4
1/ 2 weeks vacation pay , now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, that Dana R . Anderson be paid the total sum of S1 , 553 . 34
being payment in full for above mentioned earned vacation pay , and
that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized ,
empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum
and deliver the same to Dana R . Anderson .
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 6th day of July ,
1981 , approved by the Mayor on the 8th day of July , 1981 .
