RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF
H & F REALTY , TO REZONE FROM " R- 2" ONE
AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO
"R-4" MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE
DISTRICT A PARCEL OF LAND GENERALLY
LOCATED NORTH OF EAST DONALD STREET AND
EAST OF LOGAN AVENUE , AS JULY 27 , 1981
7 : 00 P. M . IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN
CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING DEPUTY CLERK
TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , shall meet in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa at 7 : 00 P .M. on the 27th day of July , 1981 for the purpose of
considering and acting upon an application of H & F Realty to
rezone from "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District to "R-4 "
Multiple Family Residence District a parcel of land generally
located north of East Donald Street and east of Logan Avenue and
legally described as follows :
The South 200. 00 feet of the East 663 . 80 feet of
the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12-89- 13 ,
Waterloo , Black Hawk County , Iowa and excepting
therefrom all legal highways .
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA that
the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of July , 1981 .
