RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $ 1 , 422 . 04
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
MARIE KAPLER , RESIGNED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE CONWAY
CIVIC CENTER IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 12th day of June , 1981 , Marie Kapler will resign
as an employee of the Conway Civic Center in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa , and
WHEREAS , Marie Kapler has accumulated 47 days of sick leave and is
entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS , Marie Kapler has earned and is entitled to 104 hours
vacation pay, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA,
that Marie Kapler be paid the total sum of $1 ,422 . 04 being payment
in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacation , and
that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized ,
empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum
and deliver the same to Marie Kapler.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 22nd day of June , 1981 ,
approved by the Mayor on the 24th day of June , 1981 .
