RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND
OF HURST EXCAVATING, INC . OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA FOR THE LINCOLN-ACKERMANT AREA STORM
SEWER AND SANITARY IMPROVEMENTS , STAGE II
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA , BEING
CONTRACT NO . 214.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA , that
the contract of Hurst Excavating, Inc. of Waterloo , Iowa for the
Lincoln-Ackermant Area Storm Sewer and Sanitary Improvements ,
Stage II , Contract No . 214, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , signed
on behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 22nd day of June , 1981 , together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Insurance Company of North America of Philadelphia ,
Pennsylvania , as surety thereon , be , and the same are hereby ,
approved.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of June , 1981 .
