RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AUTO SALVAGE
PERMIT FOR CHARLIE TEAGUE .
WHEREAS , Charlie Teague has proposed that the Council of the City
of Waterloo , Iowa , approve an Auto Salvage Permit located along
the easterly boundary of Black Hawk Waste Disposal and north of
Rounds and Porter Company :
That part of the South 597 . 50 feet of the Southeast
1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and the North 103 . 50 feet
of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 all in
Section 30 , Township 89 North , Range 12 West of the
5th P . M . in Waterloo , Black Hawk County , Iowa
described as follows :
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the Southeast
1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 said Section 30 ; thence
North 89 degrees 35 ' 50" East along the South Line
of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 said
Section 30 a distance of 441 feet to the Point of
Beginning ; thence North 0 degrees 00 ' East a
distance of 597 . 28 feet to the North Line of the
South 597 . 50 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 said Section 30 ; thence North 89
degrees 36 ' 20" East along the North Line of the
South 597 . 50 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 said Section 30 a distance of 66 . 35
feet ; thence South 0 degrees 00 ' West a distance of
656 . 77 feet ; thence South 89 degrees 35 ' 50" West
along a Line Parallel with the North Line of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 said Section 30
a distance of 66 . 35 feet ; thence North 0 degrees
00 ' East a distance of 59 . 50 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on June 22 , 1981 , at 7 : 00 P .M .
in the Council Chambers in City Hall , Waterloo , Iowa , as provided
by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , on the
proposal to approve said above mentioned permit , and
WHEREAS , objectors to the permit were heard , and
WHEREAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said permit for an
auto salvage permit should be approved as proposed , now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the Auto Salvage Permit for Charlie Teague located along the

& Porter Company, be and the same is hereby approved.
