RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY , FOR OILING
VARIOUS STREETS , AVENUES , DRIVES ,
COURT , ALLEYS , ETC . OR PORTIONS
THEREOF, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO UNDER
F . Y . 1982 OILING PROGRAM , CONTRACT NO .
225 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
ON ITS OWN MOTION AND ON CERTAIN PETITIONS , that after public
hearing on June 22 , 1981 , notice having been given as required by
law, it is deemed necessary and advisable that the following
streets , avenues , drives , courts , alleys , etc . and portions of
streets , avenues , drives , courts , and alleys , etc. be improved by
oiling the same :
ADRIAN STREET , from Butler Street to French Street , twenty-one
feet wide ( 21 ' )
ARCHER STREET , from Arizona Street to Idaho Street , twenty feet
wide ( 20 ' )
CHICAGO STREET , from Summit Avenue to North to Dead End ,
twenty-two feet wide (22 ' )
MARTHA STREET , from Forest Avenue to Williston Avenue , twenty-two
feet wide ( 22 ' )
ALLEY west of Broadway from Dawson Street to Kern Street , fifteen
feet wide ( 15 ' )
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of June , 1981 .
