A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM BUDGET BY
TRANSFERRING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,000.00 FROM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT CONTINGENCIES TO PUBLIC WORKS, FACILITIES, AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS (FOWLER
STREET SEWER) .
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo entered into an Agreement with the
Federal Government approving the Community Development Block Grant Program
and Budget; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are required for the Public Works, Facilities,
and Site Improvements; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available in the Community Development Block
Grant Contingencies Budget Line Item; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the Community Development Block Grant Budget as previously
approved be revised by transferring the sum of $6,000.00 from the "Community
Development Block Grant Contingencies" Line Item to the "Public Works, Facilities,
and Site Improvements" Line Item.
Passed and adopted this /5 day of June, 1981.
