RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR
REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE MUNICIPAL
EXTENSIONS OF PRIMARY ROADS , AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY
MAYOR .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the Agreement dated June 15 , 1981 , for the Repair and
Maintenance of Municipal Extensions of Primary Roads , by and
between the Iowa Department of Transportation , and the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , be and the same is hereby approved , and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of June , 1981 .
