BOND OF DENMAN PHILLIPS CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY , INC . OF WATERLOO , IOWA FOR
THE F . Y . 1981 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM
NO . 2 IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
BEING CONTRACT NO. 224 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the contract of Denman Phillips Construction Company, Inc. of
Waterloo , Iowa for the F . Y . 1981 Sidewalk Repair Program No. 2 in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa , signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 15th day
of June , 1981 , together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the Merchants
Mutual Bond Company of Des Moines , Iowa , as surety thereon , be ,
and the same are hereby , approved .
Passed and adopted this 15th day of June , 1981 .
