RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A QUIT
CLAIM DEED FROM ROBERT J. AND LUCILE M.
ETRINGER FOR PART OF SECTION 20-89- 12 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA: that the Quit Claim Deed , dated May 29 , 1981 , from Robert
J . and Lucile M. Etringer conveying unto the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa certain real property in part of Section 20-89- 12 , described
as follows :
The South 50 feet of the Southwest Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter of Section No . 20 ,
Township No. 89 North , Range 12 West of the Fifth
Principal Meridian in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County , Iowa ; except the East 66 feet and all legal
streets and highways .
be and the same is hereby approved and accepted .
Passed and adopted this 8th day of June , 1981 , and approved
by the Mayor on the 10th day of June , 1981 .
