RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND RECEIVING OF BIDS AS
JUNE 22, 1981, AT 7:00 P.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL ON THE PROPOSAL
TO SELL AND CONVEY PROPERTY IN THE VIRDEN CREEK DAM AREA TO A PURCHASER SELECTED
BY THE WATERLOO CITY COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows:
1. That public hearing and receiving of bids will be held by the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7:00 P.M. on the 22nd day of June, 1981, on the proposal to
sell and convey certain real property in the Virden Creek Dam Area, owned by the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and consisting of 3 parcels described as follows:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBITS "A", "B", & "C"
to a purchaser selected by Waterloo City Council.
2. That the City Council is hereby authorized and directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Daily Courier by
publication once not less than 4 days nor more than 20 days before the meeting
of the Council at which said proposal is to be acted on.
