RESOLUTION APPROVING GOLF COURSE RENTAL
CONTRACT WITH WATERLOO JAYCEES AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Golf Course Rental Contract dated February 15, 2010, for
use of city golf courses on July 14-18, 2010 for a fee of
$3,000.00, by and between the Waterloo Jaycees and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2010.
