RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS , FORM OF CONTRACT ,
ESTIMATED COST , ETC . , FOR
LINCOLN-ACKERMANT AREA STORM &
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS , STAGE
II , CONTRACT NO . 214 .
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications , form of contract , etc . , for the
Lincoln-Ackermant Area Storm & Sanitary Sewer Improvements , Stage
II , in the City of Waterloo , Iowa , known as Contract No. 214 , and
WHEREAS , said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications , form of contract , etc. , for the Lincoln-Ackermant
Area Storm & Sanitary Sewer Improvements , Stage II , known as
Contract No. 214 which were preliminarily approved on May 11 ,
1981 , and
WHEREAS , a public hearing , upon notice , was held on June 1 ,
1981 , and no objections were made , now, therefore .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that said proposed specifications , proposed form of contract and
bond , etc. , for the Lincoln-Ackermant Area Storm & Sanitary Sewer
Improvements , Stage II , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , known as
Contract No. 214 , be , and the same are hereby , approved as filed .
Passed and adopted this 1st day of June , 1981 .
