A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE CITY
OF WATERLOO BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1981 AS JUNE 8 , 1981 , AT 7 : 00 P .M. IN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M . , on the 8th day of June , 1981 , for the
purpose of considering and acting upon the Amendment of the
current budget for the City of Waterloo for the fiscal year ending
June 30 , 1981 by changing estimates of revenue and expenditure
appropriations .
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 26th day of May , 1981 .
