RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED MAY 11 , 1981 , FROM
COMMUNICATION NETWORK SYSTEMS , FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR PHASE III -
DOWNTOWN 80 ' s PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS , Communication Network Systems , Minneapolis ,
Minnesota have rendered engineering services in connection with
the Phase III - Downtown 8O ' s Project , in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa , and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said engineering
services , rendered by the said Communication Network Systems , as
shown in their statement dated May 11 , 1981 is $ 18,468 . 00 , now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA: That Communication Network Systems , be paid the sum of
$18, 468 . 00 being payment for the statement dated May 11 , 1981 , on
said contract for engineering services rendered in connection with
the Phase III - Downtown 80 ' s Project , in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa , and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized ,
empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum
and deliver the same to Communication Network Systems of Waterloo ,
Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 26th day of May , 1981 .
