RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENGINEERING CONTRACT
WITH SCHENK ENGINEERING COMPANY FOR F . Y.
1981 CEDAR TERRACE AREA PAVING PROGRAM,
CONTRACT NO . 226, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR AND CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS , engineering service for F. Y. 1982 Cedar Terrace
Area Paving Program, Contract No. 226 , in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa , are needed, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the Engineering Contract dated May 26 , 1981 , for the F. Y.
1982 Cedar Terrace Area Paving Program, Contract No . 226 , by and
between Schenk Engineering Co. , of Waterloo, Iowa , and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa , be and the same is hereby approved , and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 26th day of May , 1981 .
