RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE
OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF MOBILE AND SHILLIAM
STREETS IN SHILLIAM ' S SUBDIVISION AS JUNE
16 , 1981 , AT 7 : 00 P .M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING .
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 P. M . on the 15th day of June , 1981 for the
purpose of considering the sale of a parcel of property legally
described as the south 100 feet of Lot 4 , Block 5 , Shilliam ' s
Subdivision , Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa , generally located
at the intersection of Mobile and Shilliam Street , with minimum
bid of $500. 00, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 26th day of May , 1981 .
