A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO JOF W. BUCKLEY ,
AND AUTHOIZIPG CONSTRUCTION OF ONE ( 1 ) TEMPORARY
ASPHALT DRIVEWAY IRRESPECTIVE OF A LATER OFFICIAL
GRADE ,
BE IT RESOLVED Bi THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Thet ,
WHEREAS , Joe W. Buckley has made written apolication to the
City Council aeking that he he authorized and nermitted to
construct one ( 1 ) temporary asphalt driveway without rPsnect to a
permanent sidewalk grade when and if the same may be subsequently
set on Clyde "illerjieights , 'taterlon, Lot 11 , ; lock 3 known as
231 Auburn Street ; and
WHEREAS , it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, !ova , that said request should be granted , now,
therefore ,
9E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is hereby granted to
Joe U. Buckley to construct one ( I ) temoorary asphalt driveway at
231 Auburn in accordance with the existing contour of the abutting
land with the subjective understanding and agreement between the
City of Waterloo, Iowa , and the said Joe w. Buckley that , should
at a later date a permanent formal grade he established for
sidewalk purposes or otherwise, that the said Joe W. Buckley will
immediately thereafter, and at his own expense, remove all or
whatever portion of temporary asphalt driveway he may have
constructed, and rebuild or reconstruct the same in accordance
with the permanent grade as may hereafter he set and established ,
the work to he done under the supervision of the City Engineer.
FE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , that the City Clerk is authorized
and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
'lack Pawk County Recorder for recording and the Black Hawk County
Auditor for filing in order that this said action nay become a
matter of official County Record.
Passed and adopted this 26th day of May , 10e1 .

set on Clyde Miller Heights , Waterloo , Lot 13 , Block 3 known as
231 Auburn Street ; and
WHEREAS , it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa , that said request should be granted, now,
therefore ,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is hereby granted to
Joe W. Buckley to construct one ( 1 ) temporary asphalt driveway at
231 Auburn in accordance with the existing contour of the abutting
