RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR
THE ALLEN HOSPITAL PARKING LOT .
WHEREAS , the Allen Hospital Parking Lot has proposed that
the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , approve a site plan for
a parking lot for Allen Hospital located north of Donald Street
between Logan Avenue and Heath Street , and
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on May 26 , 1981 , at 7 : 00
P . M. at the Council Chambers in City Hall , Waterloo , Iowa , as
provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , on
the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan , and
WHEREAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved as proposed , now , therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA , that the site plan for a parking lot for Allen Hospital
located north of Donald Street between Logan Avenue and Heath
Street , and the same is hereby approved .
Passed and adopted this 26th day of May , 1981 , approved by
the Mayor this 28th day of May , 1981 .
