A RESOLUTION 6RANTI1O PERMISSION TO WILLIAM
E. BROWN, ANt) AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF
ONE ( 1 ) TEMPORARY ASPHALT DRIVEWAY
1PRESPECTIYE OF A LATER OFFICIAL GRADE.
BE IT RESOLVFO BY THF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA;
That ,
WHEREAS , William E . Brown has made written application to
the City Council asking that he he authorized and permitted to
construct one ( 1 ) temporary asphalt driveway without respect to a
Permanent sidewalk grade when and if the same nay he subsequently
set on Berkshire tardens Replat West Wloo Lot 4 and Ease known as
3140 w. 4th Street ; and
wHFREAS , it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa , that said request should be granted, now,
teerefore,
SE IT FwRTHER RESOLVE!) that permission is hereby granted to
William E . Prawn to construct one ( 1 ) temporary asphalt driveway
in accordance with the existing contour of the ahutting land with
the suhjective understanding and agreement between the City of
Waterloo, Iowa , and the said William F . F3rown that , should at 3
later date a permanent formal grade he established for sidewalk
purposes or otherwise, that the said William E . Brown will
immediately thereafter, and at his own expense, remove ell or
whatever portion of teoporary asphalt driveway he nay have
constructed, and rebuild or reconstruct the same in accordance
with the permanent grade as may hereafter he set and established,
the work to be done under the sunervision of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is authorized
and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
Mack Hawk County Recorder for recording and the Black Hawk County
Auditor for filing in order that this said action may become a
matter of official County Record.
Passed and adopted this 18th day of may , 1981 .

E . BROWN, AND AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF
ONE ( 1 ) TEMPORARY ASPHALT DRIVEWAY
IRRESPECTIVE OF A LATER OFFICIAL GRADE .

whatever portion of temporary asphalt driveway he may have
constructed, and rebuild or reconstruct the same in accordance
with the permanent grade as may hereafter be set and established,
the work to be done under the supervision of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , that the City Clerk is authorized

Black Hawk County Recorder for recording and the Black Hawk County
