RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER
24 , MOBILE HOMES AND MOBILE HOME PARKS , AS
JUNE 1 , 1981 AT 7 : 00 P .M. AT LINCOLN SCHOOL ,
W. PARKER AND BURTON AVENUES AND INSTRUCTING
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING .
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , shall
meet at Lincoln School , W. Parker and Burton Avenues in the City
of Waterloo for the purpose of considering and acting upon
amendment to Chapter 24, Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks by
allowing temporary occupancy of a mobile home under certain
conditions , a copy of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this llth day of May 1981 .
