A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS , SPECIFICATIONS ,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE
F . Y . 1981 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM NO . 2 ,
CONTRACT NO. 224 , IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND
THE TAKING OF CONSTRUCTION BIDS THEREFORE ,
CONTRACT NO. 224 , AS JUNE 1 , 1981 , AT 7 : 00
P .M. AT LINCOLN SCHOOL , W. PARKER AND BURTON
AVENUES AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS :
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , shall
meet at Lincoln School , W. Parker and Burton Avenues in the City
of Waterloo , Iowa , at 7 : 00 P. M. , on the 1st day of June , 1981 , for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans ,
specifications , form of contract and estimate of cost for the F. Y .
1981 Sidewalk Repair Program No . 2, in the City of Waterloo and
the taking of construction bids therefore , Contract No . 224 .
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
