A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 1981-106 dated March 16, 1981 AND NO,
1981-161 DATED April 13, 1981 AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE SALE OF DISPOSAL
PARCEL NO. C-4 IN THE WESTFIELD-VIRDEN URBAN RENEWAL AREA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa adopted Resolution
No. 1981-106 on March 16, 1981 authorizing the sale of Disposal Parcel No. C-4
and Resolution No. 1981-161 on April 13, 1981, approving the sale of Parcel C-4
and described as :
Lot 5 Block 17, in Division A, Cedar River Park, Black Hawk County,
Iowa
in the Westfield-Virden Urban Renewal Area, Project No. R-7.
WHEREAS, said Resolutions authorized and approved the sale of Disposal
Parcel No. C-4 to Carl E. Herold; and
WHEREAS , it is necessary to rescind said Resolutions, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that Resolutions
No. 1981-106 dated March 16, 1981 and Resolution No. 1981-161 dated April 13, 1981
authorizing and approving the sale of Disposal Parcel No. C-4 to Carl E. Herold
and described as:
Lot 5, Block 17, in Division A, Cedar River Park, Black Hawk County,
Iowa
are hereby rescinded by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
