RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION TO THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ( IDEQ) FOR A
PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A BYPASS THROUGH THE OLD
RIVERVIEW AREA, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
APPLICATION BY MAYOR .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA , that
an application dated May 11 , 1981 , for a permit to construct a
bypass through the old Riverview area to the Iowa Department of
Environmental Quality and the City of Waterloo, Iowa , be and the
same is hereby approved , and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
Passed and adopted this llth day of May , 1981 .
