A RESOLUTION ORANTINO PFRMISSION TO MARLENE M.
ELAWITTER OF 1369 MARTIN ROAD, AND AUTHORIZING
CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) TEMPORARY ASPPALT DRIVEWAY
IRRESPECTIVE OP A LATER OFFICIAL GRADE.
PE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP WATERLOO, IOWA:
That,
WHEREAS, Marlene M. Klawitter has made written application
to the City Council asking that she be authorized and permitted to
construct one (1) terporary asphalt driveway without respect to a
pernenent sidewalk grade when and if the sane nay be subsequently
set on a part of 1/2 SW 1/4 Sec 33 T 89 R 13 cam at 3W car said

25' to the pt of beg th N 710.59' th F a dist of 878.32' to NWLY
ROW line of C & NW RR th S along NWLY ROW line of RR a dist of
886.86' th W a dist of 347.68' to the pt of bee. (Unplatted
Waterloo West) known an 1369 Martin Road ; and
WHEREAS, it le the tense of the Council of the City of
'-faterloo, Iowa, that sail request should be granted, now,
therefore,
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is hereby granted to
larlene TI. Klawitter to construct one (1 ) temporary asphalt
driveway in accordance with the exiattniz, contour of the abutting
land with the subjective understandine and agreement between the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the nail Marlene r. Klawitter that,
should at a later date a pernanert formal grade be established for
sidewalk purposes or otherwise, that the said Marlere M. Klawitter
will immediately thereafter, and at her own expense, remove all or
whatever portion of temporary asphalt driveway she may have
constructed, and rebuild or reconstruct the sane in accordance
with the pernanent erale as nay hereafter he set and established,
the work to be done under the supervision of the City Engineer.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is authorized
and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
lack Hawk County Recorder for recording and the Black Hawk County
Auditor for filing in order that this said action may become a
ratter of official County Record.
Passed and adopted this 11th day of May, 1981.

land with the subjective understanding and agreement between the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the said Marlene M. Klawitter that,
should at a later date a permanent formal grade be established for
sidewalk purposes or otherwise, that the said Marlene M. Klawitter
will immediately thereafter, and at her own expense, remove all or
whatever portion of temporary asphalt driveway she may have
constructed, and rebuild or reconstruct the same in accordance
with the permanent grade as may hereafter be set and established,
the tb done under the supervision of the City Engineer.
