RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND
OF LARRY HOPE OF WATERLOO , IOWA FOR THE F . Y .
1981 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO . 221 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA ,
that the contract of Larry Hope of Waterloo , Iowa for the F . Y .
1981 Sidewalk Repair Program in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , signed
on behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 4th day of May , 1981 , together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Merchants Mutual Bonding Co. of Des Moines , Iowa , as
surety thereon , be , and the same are hereby , approved .
