RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND OF
CEDAR VALLEY CORPORATION OF WATERLOO , IOWA
FOR THE F. Y . 1981 PAVING PROGRAM IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO , IOWA , BEING CONTRACT NO . 213 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA ,
that the contract of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo , Iowa
for the F . Y . 1981 Paving Program in the City of Waterloo, Iowa ,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , by the Mayor and
the City Clerk as of the 4th day of May , 1981 , together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Merchants Mutual Bond Company of Des Moines , Iowa ,
as surety thereon , be , and the same are hereby , approved .
Passed and adopted this 4th day of May , 1981 .
