BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the contract of R . E .A. Ltd. of Long Grove, Iowa for the F . Y .
1981 Rachael Street Storm Sewer , Contract No . 212 in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa , signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , by
the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 4th day of May , 1981 ,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance
of said contract signed by the American Home Assurance Co. of New
York , New York , as surety thereon , be , and the same are hereby,
approved .
Passed and adopted this 4th day of May , 1981 .
