1981 COLUMBUS AREA STORM SEWER IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO . 211 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IO►WA ,
that the contract of R. E .A. Ltd. of Long Grove , Iowa for the F. Y .
1981 Columbus Area Storm Sewer in the City of Waterloo, Iowa ,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , by the Mayor and
the City Clerk as of the 4th day of May , 1981 , together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Merchants Mutual Bonding Co. of Des Moines , Iowa , as
surety thereon , be , and the same are hereby , approved .
Passed and adopted this 4th day of May , 1981 .
