RESOLUTION DENYING REQUEST OF B & R ROOFING FOR
VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE , ORDINANCE NO . 3094.
WHEREAS , B & R Roofing is performing work within the city
limits of the City of Waterloo , and
WHEREAS , said company ' s operations exceed the limits of the
Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No . 3094, and
WHEREAS , said company has made formal application for a
variance.
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA that the request of B & R Roofing of Centerville ,
Iowa for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094 , Noise Ordinance be the
same and hereby denied.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of May , 1981 .
