RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE
PLAN FOR A PROPOSED PARKING LOT FOR ALLEN
HOSPITAL AS MAY 26 , 1981 , AT 7 : 00 P .M. IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 P .M. on the 26th day of May , 1981 , for the
purpose of considering a site plan for a proposed parking lot for
Allen Hospital to be located north of Donald Street between Logan
Avenue and Heath Street , now , therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of May , 1981 .
