RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $4 , 114. 33
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO LEO
OHRT , AN EMPLOYEE OF THE PARK DEPARTMENT IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA.
WHEREAS , Leo Ohrt has accumulated 429 1/2 hours of sick
leave and is entitled to payment for same , and
WHEREAS , on the 17th day of April , 1981 , Leo Ohrt ended his
employment in the Park Department of the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
and
WHEREAS , Leo Ohrt has earned and is entitled to 192 hours
vacation pay, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, that Leo Ohrt be paid the total sum of $4 , 114 . 33 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation , and that the Finance Director be , and he is hereby ,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Leo Ohrt .
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 27th day of April ,
1981 , approved by the Mayor on the 29th day of April , 1981 .
