RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $281. 43 VACATION PAY
TO ROBERT STEVENS TERMINATED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF MOTOR
VEHICLE PARKING IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 6th day of April , 1981 ,Robert Stevens was
terminated as an employee of Motor Vehicle Parking in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa and
WHEREAS , Robert Stevens has earned and is entitled to 40
hours vacation pay, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Robert Stevens be paid the total sum of $281. 43 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacation,
and that the Finance Director be , and he is hereby, authorized,
empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum
and deliver the same to Robert Stevens .
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 13th day of April ,
1981 , approved by the Mayor on the 15th day of April, 1981 .
