A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
TO BE GIVEN ON AMENDMENTS TO CHAFER 16 , GARBAGE AND
REFUSE COLLECTIONS , CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES AS MAY
4, 1981 ,AT 7 : 00 P .M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY
HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
Section 1- That the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City
of Waterloo , Iowa at 7 : 00 P .M. on the 4th day of May, 1981, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to amend
Chapter 16-8 , Garbage and Refuse fee schedule from $3 . 30 per
month per dwelling unit to 3 . 50 per month per dwelling unit
beginning on July 1 , 1981 .
Section 2- That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of April , 1981.
