RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF HANAWALT FORD OF
WATERLOO, IOWA FOR ELEVEN POLICE CARS IN THE
AMOUNT OF $98 , 163 . 96
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that the bid of Hanawalt Ford of Waterloo, Iowa for the eleven
police cars in the City of Waterloo , Iowa, filed with the City
Clerk be, and the same is hereby, accepted, the bid of Hanawalt
Ford in the amount of $98 , 163 . 96 , being the lowest legal bid
received on said proposal, and that the contract be awarded to
Hanawalt Ford of Waterloo , Iowa,
Passed and adopted this 13th day of April , 1981.
